Just wanted to let y'all know, in case you were wondering, I am not dead, not on fire, and generally still alive.
Been in the process of moving for the past month or so... at least it feels like that long, and I don't expect to be fully set up in the new place until after this weekend.
That said, Jodi and I have not been affected directly by the wildfires here in Central TX... we live on the other side of town from Bastrop, and the most we've had to deal with is some bad air quality from all the smoke. We did get out of our old place just in time, though, since Cedar Park/Leander also started trying to go up in flames the week after we left.
I hate moving. Anyway, hope to be smiting/perpetrating evil with you lot soon. Or at least taking out some damned dirty undead.

Central Texas you say? Anywhere near Austin? Indeed! We were living in Cedar Park, just north of Austin along 183, and now we're in Round Rock, just north of Austin along IH-35. |
