For the Monday time, I have a 10-man raid in WoW that goes from 8:30-11:30 pm EST on monday nights. It may not last much longer, since we're close to finishing out our final goal (Heroic LK), and it won't continue into Cataclysm anyway, but for now that would interfere with the monday group times for me.
The Saturday time would be fine except it'll interfere with dinner, so I'll have to take a break at some point between 6 and 7 pm EST.

Mondays 10-12 EST work out for me, since I get out of class before 7 PST, but I won't be on exactly at 7, maybe more like 10-20 minutes later or something.

Generally speaking, I won't be available before 7:00pm CST on any given weekday, M-F. Some of those Fridays, I have a prior commitment. SOme Sundays, I do as well.
Mondays and Tuesdays are *usually* pretty open. Occasionaly, me and the girlfriend go shoot pool on Monday, as it is a night for free pool and cheap drinks.
Wednesday is right out. Prior commitment. THursdays are intermittently available, as that's when our local gaming group and associated friends get together for potluck dinner every week.
Generally, Tuesdays would be the best time to catch me, as would most of the day Saturday or Sunday. I pop in to see if anyone's around, but if there isn't, I'll usually just do a mission or two on my own then go back to Mass Effect 2 or Second Life or something. =p

Well I know that it's damn near impossible to pick the perfect time for everyone, but the closest we can come the better. With that in mind it seems like Monday 10pm.-Midnight EST is the best overall time for everyone involved. That is the time when everyone should be trying to log on. Mind you that's only a target time, I'd encourage those who can to log on earlier, or stay in game later, specifically for those who won't quite make the entire time slot. Like wise we can have a secondary suggested play time, like say Saturday Afternoon, for those who have serious problems with the monday time slot. However the Monday time slot should be considered by everyone here to be the groups Core Hours. I'd hate to use a term like "mandatory playtimes" since that sounds too much like work and responsibility and this should be all about gaming and having fun. Instead I'll just stick with something like 'Primary Scheduled Group Playtimes'. Or you know, something like that. If someone who can, please change all appropriate MOTDs in game to let as many people know about this. The sooner we can get everyone accustomed to logging in at the same time every week the better.

Fine by me. Once my WoW raiding is over (Heroic Lich King dead = end of my WoW subscription. ), I'll be able to make the monday time very consistently.
