I'm not sure if anyone has been following the floods in Australia, more specifically my home state of Queensland, but things have taken a turn for the worse.

The flood has reached the city and the river has burst it's banks. Currently it's rising at a rate of about five to six inches every twenty minutes and isn't showing signs of stopping yet.

Now, I'm certainly not betting that this will be the end of Brisbane as a city, but it's certainly a crazy situation. Chances are that some sections of infastructure may be knocked out, including internet.

So, If I don't appear for a while, that's the reason. I'll do what I can but shit just got real over here.

Keep rockin' guys and girls. I'll be back when the flood allows.

So, it turns out I'm alive and well. My house is bone-dry and we've gotten power back.

However the water cam REAL close. Within a few feet of inundating my house. I'm gonna be fairly-well occupied helping out folks who haven't fared as well today, but I wanted you all to know that life is pretty-much back to normal for yours truly.
