I started writing this long drawn out post about your characters and my Blue Pearl and yadayadayadayawn.
Basically, I'd like more rp with you all. Not just TF moving action wise cracking rp but sit down, go out for drinks, bum around, shoot the shit rp.
We could do a TF or run a mission or two and then hit the base, the park, a bar and have a drink or two and just RP!
I don't communicate using steam so it would really help to set aside one day/night for this sometime very soon. We could post a date and time in this thread.
Comments? Questions? Suggestions? Cash donations?

Ok, not as good as cash donations but, hey, better then nothing. ;P
But yes, I agree completely, it's always fun to just do some nice simple casual RP now and then. Originally we had a sort-of official playtime on monday nights for just this sort of thing. We should do more of that if possible. But really anytime people are available for random acts of RP I'm all for it.

Sunday is our D&D game night over here. I won't be able to join you guys in RP, I will be too busy with even more RP.

Daughter has a volleyball tourney on Saturday. I'll be gone all day and not home until sometime that evening.

Friday night is good, Saturday night is good. I'm around all day Sunday. Monday night is excellent!
Addy (Blue Pearl) is fascinated that Jack has apparently been married umpteen times and pays an enormous amount of alimony. The vampire, aliens and pervy AI are okay but Jack's a player?!!!!!!

Um...5 I think, but only 2 count. The first one was 30 years, she was killed in the first Rikti Wars. the three in the middle were all mistakes as Jack tried to recover from losing his first wife and, you know, they live comfortabley on the alimony (shoulda paid em off in a lump sum; but he thought they'd get remarried) the 5th and last was pretty serious and, I think is dead, (I think that, Jack is unsure, I don't really talk to her player anymore) but may in fact be preatorian Lynx.  Warpy knew her and knows her and in fact has run into her player or one of his buddies on DCUO Jack likes the pretty young girls in tight costumes (and out, and in dresses, and well you know), isn't quiet about that fact, but in fact probably wouldn't step out of line with any of them. His only surviing blood reletive is 21ish surfer chick granddaughter (Wolfesbane l29 WP/NRG tank) who runs around the city in a rip off his costume (it's much too small for his taste) and gets hit on quite a lot (which icks me the hell out), so he has some perspective about 72 year old men and 22 year old hotties. Jack also gets a lot cred/flak for being a hippie, but he was 30 by 1969, teaching at PU, had started Wolfetech, and married. So he was fairly conservitive by then Sure the years between 62 and 68 before he runs into Karen (wife 1) are a haze, and I'm sure there are stories to be told there, I've just never mined them. (Actually I have introduction to Karen in mind, takes place the day of the moon landing, he stops a robbery in a diner near Roswell NM and ends of fighting an alien invasion with the diner waitress he meets there. But being an old TV guy I have shots in my head but no real story laid out) Plus you know net worth in the billions and a pretty high Q score, he is good TMZ fodder for starlets and babes. |

Tonight, I'm going to hop on Blue Pearl around 8:30-9 EST for rp and fun.
Might go to Croatoa and take out a monster. Sit by the lake and chat (I love that lake with the floating sprites) and learn a bit about each other.
I'd enjoy reading a story about Jack meeting his wife for the first time. I'm a sucker for personal details like that. Awwww, romance!!!
Hope to see some of you around tonight.

Sounds good, I'll try to be on tonight for RP. As for TF followed by RP, how about Friday night then at 8pm EST? I think that should work for most everybody.

This sounds a fantastic idea, actually. I've been meaning to plant an alt (who is a current focus) into NUL. Perhaps an introduction is in order?
Failing that, Stormmy's always out and about (And back from a funeral in Boston, what's more.)
