Huh. Right on... Granted, I don't think I've even gotten my first Incarnate power for anyone, yet... Panda Express still has the mission to beat that duplicating SOB, whatever his name was.

Soo tempting to get the fire DoT for Pinny.

I'm liking the look of the damage resist debuff as well, for Astraea; too much shit resists smash/lethal in this game.

I'll probably pick up the Tohit debuff for Feen. Because I keep thinking that he's too much of a solid target, being a hologram.

This makes me kind of giddy at what I could do to Roxster...
Fire DoT + Damage Resistance Debuff to everyone? On like...all my attacks? I also need to research the nature of procs in powers such as Volcanic Gasses and Stone Cages which apply their own DoT effects...If the Resist Debuff had a chance to trigger on every tick or every 10 seconds. I put out alot of orange numbers, even if they are fairly small. If each one tagged mobs with a substantial fire DoT and/or a resist debuff...I'm starting to like this.
Also, this kind of saddens me. If the procs are only added to your damaging powers, my secondary is pretty much unaffected. Not that Rad really needs any boosting, I could really see it getting out of hand having a chance to proc a fire DoT on both Rad toggles as well as Choking Cloud...
Anyway, no more drinky drink and typey type! I rambley ramble.
