We don't have a thread that actually talks about the damn game! >.<
I just finished it, just now. I don't want to spoil anything, but I'll simply say that it's one of the best games I've ever played. It's not perfect by any means (The first two bosses will most likely leave you ripping your hair out), but it's fun, it's complex, and at the end, it's even meaningful.
This is a game worth buying and playing, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

Deus Ex is the best single player video game ever made, IMO, so between that and the great reviews I've been having high hopes for this game. It seems to live up to them, other than the fact that it runs weirdly shaky and floaty on my rig. I'm way beyond the minimum specs and don't even have my graphics maxxed, but it just handled funny. I'm trying to get into it anyway, since so far it seems amazing, but enh... goofy controls are really putting me off. Admittedly I've been really anal about controls lately, but this game is a big reason why.

I'm pretty sure we had a thread, I remember saying hard but pretty. Runs ok on my box, honestly Warp I think they want it to handle that way on the PC....Now Space Marine that's a thread I'm waiting to read.

The controls were fine to me, it controlled just like a PC shooter should. I'm convinced there's something wrong with your in game settings or your computer, Warp. The game controls brilliantly for me.

They seemed fine for me as well. Maybe describe what you mean by shaky and floaty? Because, the way it's worded, as is, majkes it sound like graphical lag. Maybe mess with settings and or resolution. Just a guess, could be wrong.

I'd blame lag too, but my frame rates are high enough I'm on the verge of getting screen tearing. Maybe I just need to monkey with the mouse settings, I haven't fooled with them much since the last patch.

Hah! Fixed it! Solution is here.I don't really have time to go through a real play session right now, but just running around the Sarif building the mouse feels just right and the shaky feeling is gone. EPIC WIN. Looking forward to cracking this game open now.

Finished it yesterday and was almost sad to see it end. As of late, I've struggled to find a game that's engrossed me as much as CoX has, but I'm happy to say that DE:HU achieved just that. Hopefully the DLC they've got coming out will be just as good!

Seeing how good DE:HR was, I have a feeling we can expect a long line of excellent games in a similar style.

If that's the case, I may have found my new Mass Effect...when of course, Mass Effect winds up.

A heads up for anyone who hasn't already got this game, it's currently 40% off from Amazon. It's 25% off from Steam atm, but the Amazon deal is much better and amounts to the same thing since Amazon will just give you a Steam code.

The new DLC for it, The Missing Link, is also out. $15 for a DLC though; ouch
