Steam has it for Pre-Purchase now for $50. $40 if you already own Arkham Asylum and/or Lego Batman on Steam. (Both are also on sale right now for $10 each, $20 for a bundle of both AA and LB).
Steam version also has Steam Achievements (in addition to being a GFWL game).
