Highlights include Primal Earth characters entering Praetoria in I19 and the fitness pool becoming inherent in I20, as well as I20 closed beta starting very soon. Which suggests to me that I19, which is looking pretty small, will go live soon. Other very cool details about graphics updates and so forth, check it out here.

Correction: Fitness is becoming inherent in I19. No details yet about exactly how/effects on current builds.
Also of note. Incarnate Alpha Slot available in I19, as well as a Task Force for people who have the Incarnate slot unlocked. Contact for it is Apex from the original City of Heroes comic book series.

Inherent fitness? OH THANK GOD FINALLY. Though I wonder how it will work with slotting and the like, and if it's the whole pool or just health/stamina (it seems weird to give everyone swift and hurdle - most people only take one or the other).

Whats wrong with taking both swift and hurdle? Nothing.
Slotting will probably work out how other inherits work: You can slot them.

More info about inherent fitness: post 1Makes perfect sense and exactly how I figured it'd work. Post 2 Not surprised about being enhanceable and slottable, but very surprised as level 1 or 2 stamina.

This is going to big a really big change to the way the game is played.
Hopefully everyone will get a freespec to go with the update, and can take advantage once we get rid of those silly power pool powers now.

Yeah, low levels are going to be so much more fun now. I think I'm going to hold off on leveling up any more new guys until this issue hits.

New issues pretty much always get a freespec, even for power changes much smaller than this, so freespecs are a given.
But I'm very much looking forward to this. I usually hate the 16-20 grind of no-fun auto powers and alts I make sometimes peter out at the time frame because of it.
Of course, some characters of mine will be hard pressed to figure out what 3 or 4 powers to take to replace it. But at the same time, characters like my Willpower/Dual Blades will love it. She did't get her 2nd tier attack until 44 and once I did, I actually liked it and the combo it's attached to and wished I coulda gottn it earlier.

Yeah 14-25 are going to be much less of a grind, 15-20 your taking boring power pools to get stamina, after that leveling slows down a little and your playing catch-up with your powers. Im looking forward to opening back up on my toons that I loved the idea of, but couldnt get through that "grind"

...as wonderful as this news is, I've suddenly realised that I now have to come up with three new powers for several characters to have. Oh, and I won't be able to slot them very much.

Does this mean all my complaining and griping from 6 years ago has finally paid off?
Really, making the Fitness Pool inherent was the topic of my first dozen or so posts on the official forums. >.<

Well, what did you gripe about next? Maybe they're going through them in order now?

I've been trying to understand exactly what this whole Incarnate system is about. The internet is not helpful. The only information I've seen, at all, is that there is an Incarnate system, there's 10 levels, and there's going to be special rewards and enhancements for this system.
Kind of vague. Anyone know anything more than that?

I'm asking because I'm at the point where I'm trying to plan out what I'm going to do with Ghostveil (Respec, set IOs, etc). I'll obviously wait on I19 to do the respec, but I can start buying and planning IOs now...except I have no idea what the Incarnate system is going to do, and if it is worth the time to do that...or if the set IOs I'd be buying will become outdated with Incarnate slots/enhancements and other things.
Bleh.
Still, sounds like the set IOs aren't going away or anything and that they'll still be the best options for non-Incarnate slots.
