You know how the current client let's you view your list of games in "Grid View" which shows a picture of game art with a logo? Great idea, but there are some circumstances that a game could not have a Grid Image assigned to it, like adding a outside game to the library or the image gets deleted/goes missing for some odd reason. In the past you would have to make a post on the Steam forums and in a specific thread hope the right person sees it/they can get it fixed. Now you no longer have to worry about that as in the newest Beta version of the client you can actually assign your own custom image for the game's grid view image!
Broken image? Replace it! Think the default is ugly as sin? Replace it! Non-steam game added to the library? Add an image!
The suggested image size is approximately 460x215 with a JPG, TGA, or PNG file type. There's a couple places that people have been posting pictures for people to use, such as this thread on NeoGAF or this steam thread here
Now you can finally replace all those ugly or missing pictures! Or just do something like this:
