Sims 3: TMBZ Edition!

This is what happens when I can't play CoH for a night and spend too much time reading "Let's Play" threads on the Something Awful site... But yes, I've been playing Sims 3 and thought it would be amusing to, well, add some of us in the game. So I picked the first few names I read on the forum and made them up as Sims.

I'm very, very sorry.

Meet the TMBZ family. From left to right we have: Psychist, Schrodi, Stern, Caios, Fenix and Warp.



Quickly they head into their new house.
Schrodi: "I like to draw things."
Fenix: "That door was awesome!"



Stern: "This lamp looks expensive. I like it."



Without any prompting, Fenix goes straight for the computer.



Meanwhile Warp has decided to read a book and Caios decided to just change clothes right there and start exercising.



In fact, reading appears to be the favoured pastime of the house.



After a while, though, Psychist decides to start painting... something.



While Schrodi decides to just go upstairs and lie on a bed for a while. Reading takes a lot out of her.



Stern, meanwhile, decides to start cleaning up the house (because I suspect none of the others will) and puts Caios' clothes in the washing machine.



After a few hours of exercise, Caios decides she needs a bath. Sadly for her, Warp chooses that time to put the washing in the dryer...



...so they both leave, each disgusted by the other.



Psychist, in the meantime, has stopped painting for the moment to try to talk to Fenix, but Fenix isn't budging from the computer.



Caios is recovering from being walked in on in the bath with a quick computer game.



She's soon joined by Stern and Schrodi... despite the green cloud of funk which surrounds her.



Caios: "So, what do people think of dragons?"
Schrodi: "Dragons? I hate you!"
Warp: Guys? Trying to read here..."



Psychist and Fenix have gone outside to talk about... paintbrushes. It should be noted that Fenix dislikes the outdoors.



Finally Stern gets bored with all the... reading, and settles down to do some work on the computer. (She's an organ donor)

[fenix]

Fenix: "Dude. Paintbrushes. They're AWESOME. And then, there's the whole.... Paint.... thing...."

James: "....Fenix, have you been getting into that bag under the bed again?"

Considering what Psy seems to be painting so far, I think Fenix might not be the only one toking up...

Never said WHOSE bed, did I?

....

Fenix: "Where did you get this stuff?! Who taught you to do this?!"
James: "YOU, alright! I learned it from watching YOU!"

I am both amused and horrified by the fact that Dr. Stern looks something like Sarah Palin.

When we left our intrepid team of housemates, they... were being rather boring, actually. Let's see if things have changed!

"...I like TV."
"...I like books".
Apparently not.



Psy and Fenix sate their needs, while Schrodi...
"...I like tables."



Stern suddenly goes outside, where she gets a jonesing for SCIENCE!



So Warp comes out to help her by discussing how awesome books are.



Warp then decides to go make dinner. Unfortunately, she is halfway through when she suddenly remembers what else people have to do other than read books and talk about how awesome books are...



Sadly, someone was using the downstairs bathroom at the time, so I quickly built an outdoor bathroom for them. Unfortunately, I was not quick enough. Sorry Warp



Meanwhile, everyone else has tucked in to Warp's Macaroni and Cheese, which apparently had the secret ingredient of Nyquil.



Fenix and Caios end up sharing a room.
"Mmm... nice clean house..."
"Jellyfish attack!"



Warp and Psy decide to share a room, and Stern and Schrodi take the last. Except...



...Schrodi decides not to sleep, and instead to go cook. In the middle of the night. In the bathroom.



In the morning, Caios and Fenix are the first up, greeted by a large bowl of Macaroni and Cheese which Schrodi cooked before going back to bed.



...Get the hell off the computer, Fenix.



Stern gets up, and gets upset because she can't just turn Schrodi out of bed to make it.
But is Schrodi dreaming of Nessie or Sally?



Warp makes everyone breakfast. Despite there being two bowls of Macaroni and Cheese in the fridge. Well, at least someone is trying to make sure people eat.



Suddenly Schrodi gets up, and decides to do the laundry. In her swimwear.



After that, most of the household goes to work. Stern goes to donate her organs, Warp has a job as a test subject, Psy goes to school, and Caios has become a firefighter. And sure enough, there's soon a fire!



Either the painting or the bedcovers were just too hot here; regardless, Caios dashes in with her tiny extinguisher and puts out the fire... in about 3 hours.



Meanwhile, back at Casa de TMBZ, we discover who the slackers are.



Fenix decides to tidy the house!
...that's not how you do laundry, Fenix.



In an effort to get everyone gainfully employed, I send Schrodi off to the Science Labs to become a Ghost Hunter. She then decides to stand outside and read in the dark for several hours.



Eventually, though, she sets off on her first ghost hunting case!



"First though, I must look pretty for the ghosts."



"Yoo-Hoo, ghost! I'm single! And in desperate need of the toilet!"



Back home, Psy brought a friend home from school and promptly ditched him to go have a bath. So now the poor kid's being held at the mercy of the rest of them, when all he wants to do is go to bed.

Warp: "Play more! You must become a champion!"
Fenix: Hmm... I like what Warp's saying. I like it a lot.



...
Caios: I must be hallucinating. Lack of sleep, that's what it is.

Woah. HOld on there, Sare.

...You're saying that the laundry DOESN"T go out by the mailbox?

Stern doesn't need drugs! SCIENCE IS DRUGS!
